We had a great stay at Minh Tam Guesthouse! The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Nhip who assisted us with our travel plans. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Riverwalk. The breakfast was delicious and affordable, with a variety of options. Our room wasvery comfy and tidy, providing us with a good night's sleep. I highly recommend this guesthouse for a pleasant stay in Hue.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay at Minh Tam Guesthouse in Vietnam. the owner's niece spoke excellent English and helped us organize our own tour. the rooms were clean and the mattresses were comfortable. We appreciated the complimentary plate of fresh cut fruits and cold water upon arrival. the location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet alley off the main street, so we were free from traffic noise. the breakfast, at an extra cost of $1.5, was well worth it with delicious options like banana and chocolate pancakes, fresh fruit, and hot drinks. We were also grateful for the flexibility to stay in our room until our bus departure time and the kind gesture of providing water and fruits for our night bus trip. Thank you to the Minh family and staff for providing us with the best stay in Vietnam. Cons: All good 😊.

We had such a warm welcome when we arrived at Minh Tam Guesthouse. The staff quickly prepared our room and even provided us with water. The breakfast was the best we've had on our trip, and the bed was comfortable. The central location made it easy to explore, rent bicycles, and arrange transportation to our next destination. Despite being centrally located, the rooms were fairly soundproof, so the noise didn't bother us at night. it was the best hotel we've stayed in so far. Recommend!

It provides a peaceful atmosphere while being close to the tourist area. the rooms and private bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. the friendly staff offers excellent service, going above and beyond to meet the guests' needs. the hotel provides a great breakfast for a reasonable price, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.

It can get a bit loud at night due to its proximity to karaoke bars. Light sleepers might want to take this into consideration.

They were not pushy and did not pressure us into doing any tours, which was a relief. the breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely delicious, with extra pancakes being offered at the end. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The lack of a lift made it difficult to carry luggage up to the rooms, especially for those staying on higher floors. there were a few issues with the rooms such as non-functioning A/C and intermittent problems with the main fluorescent light.
